Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We have a no return policy  as we do not sell any physical goods. 

In rare cases where a refund is deemed necessary for Therapy sessions by Anandoham or Shankha Chakra, the following policy applies:

  • Review: Anandoham will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and make decisions at its sole discretion. If the need of the client is beyond the scope of the therapist, where further medical assistance is necessary, refunds may be processed solely with our discretion. 

  • Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original payment time and date.

  • Method of Request: Submit refund requests in writing to">, clearly explaining the reason for the request.

  • Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the client's bank account within 7 to 14 working days. The client will be notified of the decision.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated through updates to this page.
